CAPE’s 37th Anniversary Gala
EVENT SPONSORSHIP
To the ongoing supporters of CAPE and those who have sponsored it in the past, we greatly appreciate you. For those of you who may not know us yet, the Council on Addiction Prevention and Education (CAPE) of Dutchess County is a 501c3 non-profit organization. Founded in 1987, our agency’s goal is to create hope in our community by implementing nationally established educational programs, policies, and services that help to reduce the rate of substance use disorder/addiction among youth and to demonstrate that recovery is possible.
The purpose of our Anniversary Gala is to “lift the mask” on addiction… We bring community members together at this special fundraising event each year to network with one another, enjoy a nice dinner, celebrate our award recipients, and listen to a keynote speaker share their story of recovery. This event serves as a way to raise awareness, reduce the stigma surrounding addiction, raise money for local initiatives, and honor people in the community who are making a difference through prevention, recovery, and advocacy.
Sponsorships are an integral part of making this event happen and having it be successful. Our gala sponsorship options are open to any individuals, small businesses, and other local organizations that want to support our cause. There are various levels of support with different benefits and types of recognition – please see the attached form for further details. Your generous support can help us further our mission and make a difference in the community.

SPONSORSHIP LEVELS
Pearl Sponsorship – $2500
VIP table (8 seats), a full-page ad in the middle of the program (5 in x 8 in), and recognition (at the podium, on table cards at each table, on our website, on the event slideshow, and on social media)
Diamond Sponsorship – $1000
4 event tickets, a half-page ad in the program (5 in x 3.75 in), and recognition (at the podium, on table cards at each table, on our website, on the event slideshow, and on social media)
Emerald Sponsorship – $500
2 event tickets, a quarter-page ad in the program (2.25 in x 3.75 in), and recognition (on table cards at each table, on our website, and on the event slideshow)
Ad in the Program – $250
A quarter-page ad in the program booklet (2.25 in x 3.75 in)

ATTENTION: Our donation and ticketing platform (Givebutter) will ask at the end of the checkout process if you want to ‘tip’ them. This is OPTIONAL and helps them to cover their platform fees (helping to allow nonprofits to receive the full amount of your donation). You can select ‘other’ and choose $0. There will also be an option to cover transaction processing fees if you wish for the full amount of your sponsorship to go to our cause. Thanks for your support!

If you would like to donate by cash or check, please print and complete the form below. Completed forms can be sent in via email/fax/mail, and payment can be mailed or dropped off in person to our CAPE office at 31 Marshall Rd, Suite 3G, Wappingers Falls, NY 12590.
